Group Package SERBIA TOUR 08 Days 07 Nights (Minimum 20 Pax)

Day 1, Belgrade APT - Hotel

Arrival to Belgrade airport. Panoramic sightseeing of Belgrade. Afternoon free at leisure. Optional lunch/dinner in hotel or some of the restaurant in the center. Overnight.

Day 2, in Belgrade

Breakfast in hotel. Enjoy Belgrade full day sightseeing. Start your tour at Kalemegdan, Military museum, 'King's Tower' and 'Zindan Gate' and visit The Rose Church of Our Lady, confluence of Sava and Danube rivers, New Belgrade and Zemun and 'Victor monument". We will walk by beautiful French embassy, the Patriarchate, Orthodox Cathedral, oldest restaurant "?" and Princess Ljubica's Residence. Walking up to Knez Mihajlova pedestrian street, Republic Square, National Theatre, and National Museum and well known equestrian statue of Prince Michael (Knez Mihajlo). We will also see Terazije, National Assembly, City Council ('Old Court'), Kneza Miloša Street, luxurious residential quarter of Dedinje, Memorial of Marshall Tito, Red Star soccer stadium. Visit to St Sava church, trip will continue to Old Zemun area that includes visit to the Millennium Tower and the remains of the ramparts of the hill Gardos, old Harbour Master, then through the pedestrian zone to the big market on Masarik Square with the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Walk across the street Zmaj Jovina and Aviator square, old building of the Post Office, a monument to the liberators of World War II in a small park, school Svetozar Miletic that was built in 1914, Faculty of Agriculture, sports center PINKI, walk to the city park, the Zemun gymnasium, Monastery of St. Archangel and the Roman Catholic Church of St. Roch that was built in 1836th. Optional lunch/dinner in hotel or some of the restaurant in the center. Overnight.

Day 3, Belgrade – Novi Sad – Fruska gora - Sremski Karlovci– Belgrade

Breakfast in hotel. After breakfast we drive to Sremski Karlovci and Novi Sad. This is full day tour and takes us to the province of Vojvodina, in northern part of Serbia. We will visit Novi Sad, drive to Fruška Gora, Krušedol Monastery. After Fruska Gora we’ll continue to Sremski Karlovci. The town is also well known for wine. We will visit the Museum of Wine and Honey Zivanovic and taste some local wines with brunch in authentic wine cellar. We’ll also visit famous Petrovaradin Fortress, then, we proceed to the historic nucleus of Novi Sad - capital of Vojvodina province. During the walk we'll see the Orthodox Cathedral, Bishop's Palace, and Monument to great Serbian poet Zmaj. Pedestrian zone finishes in the beautiful Liberty Square with baroque City Hall, and neo-gothic Catholic Church, both from the late XIX c. Optional lunch/dinner in hotel or some of the restaurant in the center. Overnight.

Day 4, Belgrade –Avala – Topola/Oplenac – Zlatibor

Breakfast in hotel. After breakfast our journey starts with drive to Mt. Avala to visit to the Mausoleum of the Unknown Hero. Continue to Topola to visit the Church and the Royal House of Karadjordjevic. Drive to Zlatibor. Arrive to hotel. Optional lunch/dinner in hotel or some of the restaurant. Overnight.

Day 5, Zlatibor – Sirogojno – Mokra gora - Zlatibor

Breakfast in hotel. After breakfast we will go to Staro selo, Open air Museum, then drive to Ethno park - Terzica Avlija, Potpecka Cave. Our visit continues to Mokra Gora, visit Timber town. Drive back to Zlatibor. Optional lunch/dinner in hotel or some of the restaurant. Overnight.

Day 6, Zlatibor – Uvac – Zlatibor

Breakfast in hotel. After early breakfast we will drive to Uvac – special nature reserve. The status of a “special nature reserve” the territory around the river Uvac received thanks to unique plant and animal species that can be encountered here. The most significant is Griffon vulture, one of the 140 species of birds that live in the wild area of the natural reserve, making the symbol and brand of Uvac Canyon. Apart from the Griffon vulture, can be found the Golden eagle, puzgavac (Tichodroma muraria), owl and kingfisher. In the caves can be found a large number of bats, and a curiosity is large number of otters, type of mammals. The gorge is surrounded by forests of spruce and birch, and on the lush meadows can be found about 50 species of medicinal plants. A special charm to this natural reserve gives the largest cave complex in the territory of Serbia. The breathtaking panoramic view can be captured from Molitva (Prayer) point. The lake of Uvac is made in Akmacici village by dam, at the altitude of 985 meters. Its 27 km long and 108 meters deep. At 885 meters altitude, in Kokin Brod near Nova Varoš, Uvac was held back by another barrier that is 83 meters high and 1.264 meters long. Cruise on Uvac Canyon. Here, you will find numerous caves varying in size from cave lets to the largest cave system yet to be discovered in Serbia–the 6,185 meter long Uvac cave system. Drive back to Zlatibor. Optional lunch/dinner in hotel or some of the restaurant. Overnight

Day 7, Zlatibor – Ovcarsko Kablarska gorge - Belgrade

Breakfast in hotel. After breakfast free time till transfer back to Belgrade. On the way back visit Ovcarsko-Kablarska gorge, it is 20 km long and is ideal for fishing. Ovčar spa is located at the beginning of Ovčarsko-Kablar gorge, on the coast of the Western Morava. Thermal water, micro terminal climate, cleans air and untouched nature. Along the Ovčar-Kabler gorge, during the Middle Ages ten monasteries of exceptional beauty, the foundations of Nemanjić, Branković and Lazarević, were located, which is why this area is also called Serbian World Mountain. Lake Međuvršje was formed by lifting the dam upstream from the railway bridge. Arrive to Belgrade in afternoon. Free time for individual activities. Optional lunch/dinner in hotel or some of the restaurant in the center. Overnight.

Day 8, depart Belgrade

Breakfast in hotel. After breakfast free time till transfer time to Belgrade airport for your flight home.
